We have started implimenting the drive mapping script and have found that some of the time, they will not get mapped properly to their User Drive, but will map to the last user drive mapping statement, as if it was the default or as if they were a member of that department. This seems to happen randomly.
Has anyone seen this yet?

If you are talking about the LogonScript.hta, that was created by Jeff Hicks, who incidentally frequents scriptinganswers.com much more than this forum.
I also must point out that your original post did not mention that your drive mappings code was generated with that.
