Ok. After rebooting with the hidden task disabled I don't get the PrimalXML setup wizard at logon anymore. Problem solved. I'm guessing it's OK to delete the task? What does that task do?
Thanks for your help. I'd have never guessed to look for a hidden task.

PrimalXML setup at every startup
It should be safe to remove the task. This could be caused by installer prerequisites not terminating correctly; thus resulting in Window Installer placing duplicate entries in the configuration.
