OS. Windows 7 x64
Product version : PowerShell studio 2017 x64. I don't remember which build because it has ben uninstall when doing the upgrade.
Antivirus : Mcafee Endpoint Security 10.5
I am trying to update my Powershell studio 2017 to SPS17Setup_5.4.144_092017_x64. But getting this message box from my antivirus (see attachment).
Is there any way to fix that ?

Please refer to the other posts in this specific forum regarding the same issue.
We cannot control or fix the anti-virus software you are using. You need to submit the files to your vendor for verification rather than just deleting them.

Running virustotal tool. It's appear the .exe file is not safe enough to be install on my company desktop.
So, I don't want our network to be in a potential risk
Please provide any help?

My private opinion is that this particular engine just about flags any installer executable I tried with it and always reports the very same error, but I understand your concern.
We have alerted them to what we know is a false positive, but we have no way of accelerating their reaction. I can only recommend what we always recommend in this position,
submit the file you have to the AV vendor you use for verification if in doubt.
