Open packaged EXE without Console

Post by damiengibson »

Hello All,

Is there a setting within Powershell Studio that will hide or disable the console window when launching the packaged EXE.

Currently, when i launch it opens a console window then the form opens. Is it possible for it to be just the tool?

I have looked within Build Settings and nothing stuck out to me, and after searching this forum, i thought i would just ask.

Thanks in advance for any info!

Yes, if you select one of the WinForms packager engines and it will suppress all output including the console window.
You can change the packager engine in Packager Settings->Script Engine:
