Re: Cannot install AdminStudio 2018
Sometimes Windows installer gets confused. See if you can manually uninstall from "Add / remove programs"

Re: Cannot install AdminStudio 2018
I have this problem as well with Primalscript and companion apps like updater, etc. How do I get rid of all Sapien products so I can re-install?

Re: Cannot install AdminStudio 2018
This is not a SAPIEN specific problem. If you get this type of error messages from a Microsoft Windows Installer, which is what we use, then you have likely corrupted entries in your registry or worse, in your file system.
In general, you should attempt to uninstall from 'Programs and Features' in your control panel. This requires elevated admin privileges.
You should reboot and attempt again if this does not work. You may have pending file locks or pending installations that require a reboot and will block all attempts to install or uninstall anything else.
If that is not working, you can try this utility:
https://sapien.s3.amazonaws.com/downloa ... lFix64.exe
Use this at your own risk. It will allow you to try and run the uninstall or, optionally, remove all registry entries associated with Windows Installer and the selected product. It will not clean up files, folder or any product related registry entries. I emphasize, you are using this at your own risk.
If you have further issues regarding Microsoft Windows Installer, run the failing installer with a log file:
Installer.exe /exenoui /qn /L*v .\InstallFail.log
and look at the log to determine the problem. If in doubt, please contact Microsoft Support for help with Windows installer, the log file will help them determine the problem.
