License transfer - Error registering

License transfer - Error registering

Hello,

On Monday, March 4th, I've sent a mail to sales@sapien.com. Because there was no answer, I resent the mail on Monday, March 11th. Again no answer so I'm beginning to think that something went wrong. So I'll have another try via the forums...
Here's the mail in question (details removed):

Around the end of 2017, our company bought 2 licences of Powershell Studio:
- Licence <license number 1>, registered by me <email address>
- Licence <license number 2>, registered by my colleague <email address>

Now my colleague is leaving the company. He has deactivated his licence and clicked on the link to transfer the licence to another user. The result was that the licence is unregistered with him but not yet transferred.
I tried to register the licence to my account but I got this error:
<license number 2>: License is expired. For help registering this license, contact sales@sapien.com

Can you help me with this?
