I was watching video somewhere, and I thought the guy said you could compile batch/ cmd files.
Is this correct?
If so, where is this?

"compile" is not really the correct term. 'package' is more correct
It is in PrimalScript. Open the cmd file in question, select the Deploy tab, packager -> settings.
Make sure to select the CMD engine.
