How to create 1 exe file in Powershell Studio in that setup?
That cant run on multi Windows computers after.
Is it unly possible via one file.ps1.
Where all the xaml is inside that one file.

You would have to embed the XAML into the PS1 or attach the file to the project and use "Get-Content" to load teh XAML>
