Product, version and build: PS Studio 2022 Trial version
Operating system: Win 11
PowerShell version(s): 7.2.6
32-bit version of software? 64
To ensure that only supported PS7 version is used, changed the PS7 installation folder instead of default C:\Program Files\Powershell\7\. Changed Options>Console to point to custom installation folder but PS Studio does not recognize the change.

Re: PS Studio 2022 Option > Console to ensure PS7 supported version
While this might change, PowerShell Studio only recognizes if PowerShell 7 is installed from the default location. While you should be able to get the console working by manually updating the path, other components of the software will not recognize the change.

Re: PS Studio 2022 Option > Console to ensure PS7 supported version
Now that Microsoft decided to just update PowerShell 7 versions without much chance to intervene (or so we are told) we are investigating options to prevent updates from breaking or interrupting development. We will do our best to roll out a solution to this as soon as possible. Please stay tuned.
