Could you please provide more info what did you do
- Clean install
- Update
- steps

If this is an initial install, there is a startup wizard to setup your repository and select your folders with source code.
Did you see and finish these steps?
If this is an update, the main menu (left of the Home tab on all Ribbon based applications) or the "Open" button in the quick access bar will allow you to select an existing project.
(Right clicking on a .recall and selecting open would do the same thing)
