Offline licensing for PrimalPad

Hi
I use PrimalPad in an offline VM, typically to adjust settings on a test system.
With the current build, PrimalPad has started asking for license information, and my subscription key doesn't work, neither does dropping the license file into the folder at C:\ProgramData\SAPIEN\LicenseFiles.
How do I license PrimalPad?

I have not been able to reproduce this with the latest build 2.4.72. Can you please provide a screenshot of what you are seeing?

The build you currently have is 2.4.65.
The latest build is 2.4.72 and can be found here:
https://www.sapien.com/software/sapien_free_tools
Please install this build and let me know if you are still experiencing issues.

That is a very old version. Please download the current version from your account page.

Machine is offline, doesn't get updates often
