Operating system: Windows 10
PowerShell version(s): 5.1.19041.1682

Project file is built using PS2021 and the exe generated seems to be functional , however after upgrade to PS2022 new exe is being generated however it doesn't execute and throws up random errors.

Does your project run before you package it as an executable in PowerShell Studio 2022?

From your post it is not possible to determine if these "random errors" come from your code, the packager engine around it or the PowerShell sub system, a runtime, some module or something else. It would help to know what these errors are.

Project doesn't even run in PS2022 where was before my upgrade it was functioning fine.

Unfortunately , instead of building GUI it pops up with script directory build etc in small windows .Totally I can say script will be displayed as small windows one by one as soon as I click on OK.
