Offline activation

Hello. In 2018, we purchased a license for and used PowerShell Studio. When the license expired, we were unable to update the product but could still use it. Now we need to transfer the program to a new device. When I installed the product, I encountered an activation issue. Due to security policy, I am unable to activate online. When I tried to use offline activation, I saw a message in my account stating that it's only available with an active subscription. Could you please advise if I can transfer your product and use it on the new machine without updating? If so, how can I do that? Thank you in advance.

Please contact sales@sapien.com directly with more details. "Due to security policy, I am unable to activate online" can mean a wide range of things.
What exact security policies? What error message do you get exactly?
