Implement Windows Community Toolkit

Hello,

 

Microsoft has the Windows Community Toolkit and it has a huge amount of features, supports WinForms, WPF, XAML and it looks like even just using it for the Winforms would really make Sapien WinForms look much nicer and more modern without having to have users possibly learn WPF, XAML explicitly. Wasn't sure if you have considered it or some of the controls were already integrated into PowerShell Studio.
