it would be really nice to see an option where code would be loaded with regions auto-collapsed but none of the underlying code - just functions. This would be extremely helpful when working with modules.

Quick note, in the next build, the it will collapse whichever outlining nodes you have set to include (not just regions). So, if you have functions checked, it will collapse them on load.
