MSI Module installation in User Module Directory

If the installer cannot elevate, it should install into the users Module Path including Version folder:
$env:HOMESHARE..WindowsPowerShellModulesMyModule1.1.4.19
You could also add support for Powershell 6
$env:HOMESHARE..PowerShellModulesMyModule1.1.4.19

Hi,
just for the record, that would "break" the MSI philosophie. That's what the ALLUSERS property is for. If you set it to it to 2 then dependent on the execution context the file will be installed per-machine or per-user... see the MSDN Docs here for more information.
